Our staff of eight includes an investigator, a legal nurse consultant, three legal assistants, two receptionists and an office manager.  All our staff members are trained in personal injury litigation and are here to help meet your needs as a client.

 Cheryl Giardini, R.N., L.N.C.C.

Born and raised in the Olean, NY area; honors graduate of Allegany Central High School with Regents diploma; member National Honor Society.

Graduated 1985 from Jamestown Community College, Cattaraugus County Campus with highest honors, 4.0 GPA; Associate in Applied Science degree in Nursing; 70 credits in continued nursing education towards Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Daemen College.

Licensed as New York State Registered Nurse 1985; licensed to practice in Pennsylvania 1995 (currently inactive in PA).

Member of The American Academy of Legal Nurse Consultants 1989.

Certified in legal nurse consulting 2002 by The American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board (written examination and practice qualifications).

Cheryl has been working with the firm as a legal nurse consultant for sixteen years.  During that time she has gained extensive knowledge in numerous medical and legal areas through independent research, continuing education, and experience.

Cheryl's clinical nursing experience includes hospital staff nursing, primarily in maternity, labor and delivery, and newborn nursing. She completed training as an HIV counselor and worked as a Social Services liaison for pregnant women as a Prenatal Care Assistance Program Coordinator.  She also has experience in hemo-dialysis nursing and in performance of life insurance screening examinations.
